No. Bioenergetic testing is an informational, educational, and wellness tool. It does not analyze physical biomarkers or diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions, and it is not a replacement for care from a physician or another qualified healthcare provider.

What happens after I book?

You’ll complete your intake forms in your private client portal and follow the instructions for your chosen assessment. In-person Personal Wellness uses the QEST4 hand electrodes. Remote Personal Wellness uses a small hair sample or clean, unpainted nail clipping, remote Pet Wellness uses its own sample options, and Home & Environmental Wellness uses information about the property. Once the applicable appointment, sample, or property information is complete, your findings are prepared for review.

Do I need to come in person?

No. Personal Wellness assessments are available in person or remotely. In person, you hold the QEST4 hand electrodes during the assessment. For a remote Personal Wellness assessment, you provide a small hair sample or clean, unpainted nail clipping. Pet and Home & Environmental assessments follow their own remote instructions, and results reviews can be held through Google Meet.

Do I need to be present during testing?

For an in-person Personal Wellness assessment, yes—you hold the QEST4 hand electrodes during the appointment. For remote Personal, Pet, and Home & Environmental assessments, you do not need to be online or available while the assessment is completed.

How long does the process take?

Most results are ready within 7 business days. For in-person Personal Wellness, that window begins after your appointment. For remote Personal and Pet Wellness, it begins once the required sample has been received. For Home & Environmental Wellness, it begins after your booking and required property information have been received.

What will I receive?

Depending on the service you choose, you’ll receive written findings, prioritized areas of focus, practitioner notes, and personalized wellness considerations in your private portal. Current 5-Week and 10-Week Wellness Journeys also include a mailed bioenergetic imprint, a list of products that balanced energetically with you, and a 20-minute Google Meet results review. Products are purchased separately.

Will I receive a long list of things to fix?

No. The goal is to identify what appears most relevant now and give you a few thoughtful places to begin. Your findings are considered alongside your real-life experience, with an emphasis on curiosity, practical support, and avoiding an overwhelming protocol.

What is different about Personal, Pet, and Home & Environmental Wellness?

Personal Wellness explores your own whole-person energetic patterns and is available in person using QEST4 hand electrodes or remotely using a small hair sample or clean, unpainted nail clipping. Pet Wellness looks at potential areas of energetic support for an animal and uses its own sample options. Home & Environmental Wellness explores patterns connected with a home, office, or other property and uses property information rather than a physical sample. It is not a substitute for a professional building, mold, electrical, or air-quality inspection.

How is my information protected?

Your forms, reports, practitioner notes, and messages are kept in your private client portal. Email notifications let you know when something new is available without including your wellness details in the email itself.

How much hair is needed?

Accepted Answer

Only a small amount is needed. A few clean, dry strands are typically sufficient. If your hair is very short, send a few small pieces. The root does not need to be attached.

If your hair is very short, send a few small pieces. For a Personal Wellness assessment, you may send a clean, unpainted fingernail or toenail clipping instead. It must be free of polish, gel, acrylic, and other nail products.

How should I package and label my sample?

Place the sample in a small, clean plastic bag, seal it, and label it with your full name and date of birth. Put the sealed bag inside a small mailing envelope. Your mailing address and service-specific instructions are provided after booking.

You’ll receive the mailing address after booking. Local clients may also arrange to drop off their sample.

How will I know it arrived?

Once Justine Hayes receives and logs your sample, you’ll receive confirmation. When sample tracking is available for your service, your portal will also update to show that it was received.

What kind of sample is needed for a pet?

Pet Wellness assessments can typically use a small fur or hair sample, a nail clipping, or a feather. You’ll receive simple collection instructions after booking, and the sample can be mailed or dropped off locally.
